Important Information and Policies

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

Deposit required when booking an appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

Failing to show up for your appointment (no show) will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

I no longer have the same flexibility from day to day to adjust appointments.  That is to say, if you show up late for your treatment, the end time cannot change because the spa needs to be cleaned and the equipment sterilized for the next client.  

If you are late for the start of your appointment, the treatment will end as scheduled and you will have a shorter treatment.  

Rozi’s Day Spa values a respectful and clean environment.  Rude or disrespectful behavior will result in the treatment being ended immediately, and all future bookings will be denied.
